FAQs

What kind of bodywork do you offer?

I specialize in therapeutic, results-driven bodywork that blends Thai-based movement, neuromuscular work, nervous system regulation, and intraoral massage for TMJ. Sessions are fully customized and focused on creating lasting change — not surface-level relief.

How is this different from regular massage?

Traditional massage often focuses on symptoms. My work addresses the patterns creating the issue. By reducing guarding and tension at the nervous system level, the body can release, move more freely, and hold results longer.

Will this be painful?

Not in the way people expect. Some areas may feel intense at times, but the work is always adjusted to what your body can actually receive.

I’m not forcing pressure — I’m working with your nervous system. Most clients are surprised by how effective it is without feeling overwhelmed.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing works?

That’s usually why people end up here.

If you’ve had temporary relief but the issue keeps coming back, it’s likely because the underlying pattern hasn’t been addressed.

My work focuses on those patterns — not just the symptoms — which is why people often notice change in areas that haven’t responded before.

Is this safe for TMJ / intraoral work?

Yes. Intraoral work is done carefully, with full communication and consent throughout the session.

It’s one of the most effective ways to address jaw tension, clenching, and related head and neck pain.

You’re always in control of pressure and pacing.

Will I feel results right away?

Most clients notice a shift during or immediately after the session — less tension, easier movement, or reduced pain.

Additional changes often continue over the next 24–48 hours as the body integrates the work.

Do you work with chronic pain?

Yes. This work is especially effective for long-standing patterns like neck and shoulder restriction, TMJ dysfunction, low back pain, mobility limitations, and stress-driven tension that keeps returning.

What should I wear?

Sessions are fully clothed. Wear soft, non-restrictive clothing like leggings, joggers, or shorts with a comfortable top.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place in my private Garland office.

Mobile sessions are limited and available by request for Uptown Dallas, West Village, and nearby areas.

How do I book a mobile session?

Mobile sessions are not booked online. Please text me to request availability and confirm location.

Do I need to prepare anything for a mobile session?

Just a clear space for the mat (about 6x8 feet). I bring everything needed — mat, pillows, bolsters, and supplies.

How do I pay?

Payment is required once your appointment is confirmed. You’ll receive a secure link to reserve your session.

Should I tip?

Gratuity is appreciated and never expected. My rates reflect the full value of the work.

Do you offer prenatal sessions?

Yes. This style of work is gentle, supportive, and effective for relieving tension in the hips, low back, and ribcage. Please include how far along you are when booking.

Do you offer couples or shared sessions?

Yes. These are typically scheduled back-to-back or in the same space, one person at a time. Ideal for partners, friends, or family.

How often should I schedule sessions?

Most clients start weekly or biweekly to create change, then transition to monthly maintenance as their body stabilizes.

Do you accept same-day bookings?

If availability allows, yes. Text is the fastest way to check.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours are charged the full session fee.

This protects the time reserved specifically for you.

If an emergency comes up, reach out as soon as possible. I review situations individually, but communication is essential.
