FAQs
What kind of bodywork do you offer?
I specialize in advanced, mat-based therapeutic bodywork that blends Thai-inspired techniques, deep nervous system regulation, intraoral massage for jaw/TMJ issues, abdominal work, and clinical pain relief. Sessions are fully customized and focused on long-term change, not surface-level relaxation.
Do I need to prepare anything for a mobile session?
All you need is a clear space for the mat, about 6x8 feet. I bring everything: mat, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and all equipment required. Dress in soft, comfortable clothing that allows movement. I’ll handle the rest.
How is this different from regular massage?
Traditional massage focuses on symptoms. My work accesses the root cause — your nervous system. By calming patterns of guarding and tension, the body can actually release, realign, and hold the results longer. Most clients feel relief in areas that have never changed before.
What should I wear?
Sessions are fully clothed. Wear stretchy, non-restrictive clothing such as leggings, joggers, or shorts with a comfortable top.
Do you work with chronic pain?
Yes. This work is especially effective for long-held patterns like neck and shoulder restriction, TMJ dysfunction, low-back pain, mobility limitations, prenatal discomfort, and stress-driven tension that keeps returning.
Do you offer prenatal sessions?
Yes. Prenatal clients respond extremely well to this style of work. It is gentle, stabilizing, and deeply relieving for hips, low back, and ribcage tension. Please let me know how far along you are when booking.
What areas do you serve?
I currently serve Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. Sessions include travel within 10 miles. Additional distance may include a small travel fee.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of booking. You’ll receive a secure link to reserve your session.
Should I tip?
Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected. My rates reflect the full value of the work, so tipping is entirely optional.
Do you offer couples or shared sessions?
Yes. Couples sessions are booked back-to-back or shared in the same space, one person at a time. This is ideal for partners, friends, or family who want a connected healing experience.
How often should I schedule sessions?
Most clients book weekly or biweekly until their body establishes new patterns. From there, many shift to monthly maintenance.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
If I have availability, yes. Text is the fastest way to check openings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment are charged the full session fee.
This protects the time I reserve specifically for you.
If a true emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I review these situations individually and with compassion, but communication is essential.
