Thank you for choosing Restoring Balance Healing Arts.

To protect the quality of care, time, and attention each client receives, the following policies are in place.

Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance and require payment to reserve your appointment.

This allows me to prepare appropriately for your body, your space, and your specific needs.

If you’re unsure which service is the best fit, you’re welcome to reach out prior to booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Each session is reserved specifically for you and requires dedicated preparation.

• Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

• Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged in full, as this time is unlikely to be filled on short notice.

Missed appointments and no-shows are also charged at 100%.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to work with you when appropriate.

Arrival & Session TiminG

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

For office sessions, arrive on time.

For mobile sessions, ensure the space is prepared and accessible upon arrival.

Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time and will be charged the full service fee.

Location & Mobile Sessions

Sessions are available in a private office located in Garland, TX.

For mobile appointments, a valid service address is required at the time of booking.

Mobile sessions are offered within designated service areas.

A $100 travel fee per person is added to all mobile appointments.

Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service radius and will be discussed in advance.

Payment

All sessions are paid in full prior to the appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and approved digital payment methods.

Pricing reflects the full value of the time, expertise, and level of care provided.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected.

Rates are intentionally set to reflect the quality and depth of the work.

Confidentiality

All personal information, intake details, and session content are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Professional Boundaries

All services provided are therapeutic and professional in nature.

Any inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will be retained, and future services will be declined.

Packages & Gift Cards

Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Expiration terms and usage details are provided at the time of purchase.

Health & Liability

By booking a session, you confirm that you are in suitable condition to receive bodywork and will disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns prior to your appointment.

Bodywork is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Restoring Balance Healing Arts is not liable for any injuries, conditions, or outcomes that may arise if information is withheld or if recommendations are not followed.
