To protect the quality of care, time, and attention each client receives, the following policies are in place.

Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance and require payment to reserve your appointment. This allows me to prepare appropriately for your body, your space, and your specific needs. Consultations are welcome prior to booking if you are unsure which service is the best fit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Because each session is thoughtfully prepared and reserved specifically for you, a little advance notice makes all the difference.

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice

• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice

Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged in full.

Missed appointments are also charged at 100%.

Arrival & Session Timing

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. For mobile sessions, this includes ensuring the space is prepared and accessible upon arrival.

Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time and will be charged the full service fee.

Mobile Session Requirements

As this is a mobile practice, a valid service address is required at the time of booking. Sessions are offered within designated service areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard radius and will be discussed in advance.

Payment

All sessions are paid in full prior to the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and digital payment methods. Pricing reflects the full value of the service and experience.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected. Rates are intentionally set to reflect the quality, time, and expertise of the work.

Confidentiality

Your health information, intake details, and session content are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Professional Boundaries

All services provided are therapeutic and professional in nature. Any inappropriate comments, requests, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will be retained, and future services will be declined.

Packages & Gift Cards

Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Expiration terms are outlined at the time of purchase.
