About Tanya
I’m Tanya, a chronic pain specialist and bodyworker.
Over a decade of hands-on experience working with chronic pain and complex tension patterns.
My work is more than massage. It is precise, therapeutic bodywork designed to create real, measurable change.
Each session is built to reduce pain, unwind tension patterns, and bring the nervous system into a state where the body can finally let go of what it’s been holding.
I draw from Thai-based movement, somatic principles, and neuromuscular work. The techniques matter, but the real value is in how they’re applied. My approach is slow, targeted, and responsive — adjusting in real time based on how your body presents that day.
This is not a routine or one-size-fits-all session. I’m not following a sequence — I’m working through patterns.
I’ve been practicing for over a decade, and my work has been shaped by both training and real-world results. Over time, I’ve refined my approach to focus on what actually helps people get out of pain and stay out of it.
Sessions take place in my private Garland office, with limited mobile availability for clients who prefer in-home work.
My goal is simple: reduce the load on your body, support your nervous system, and create results you can feel — not just during the session, but after.
Most of the people I work with don’t come in just once. As their body starts to change, they continue the work to maintain progress and stay ahead of pain.
If you’re looking for something deeper than a typical massage, you’ll feel the difference here.
I didn’t come into this work casually. I’ve spent years learning what actually helps the body release tension, regulate, and come out of survival patterns — not just temporarily, but in a way that lasts.
I’ve seen what it’s like when pain becomes normal, when the body holds more than it should, and when nothing seems to fully resolve it.
That’s why I work the way I do.
Not to provide a moment of relief, but to create real change — the kind you can feel in your body and carry with you after you leave.
