WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE

Sessions take place on a comfortable floor mat, and you remain fully clothed—wear something you can move and relax in.

Every session begins with focused work on the face, scalp, jaw, and neck to help your nervous system settle and your body shift out of tension.

From there, I don’t follow a routine.

I use guided movement, compression, and specific muscle work to change how your body is holding tension—not just temporarily loosen it.

We work through connected areas so the main issue is supported, not aggravated. Pressure and pacing are adjusted continuously based on how your body responds.

You can relax, but you won’t be completely passive. The work is interactive, allowing your body to integrate the changes so they actually last.

You’ll be fully supported and comfortable throughout the entire session—your body isn’t working to hold itself in position, which is why it can let go more easily.

Most clients come in around a 5–8 on the pain scale and leave feeling noticeably different after one session.

1 hour · $150

Shorter, targeted work for maintenance or a specific area.

Reset Session

2 hours · $250

Deeper, full-body work for clients who want to go further in one session.

Jaw + Facial Reset

Focused work on the jaw, face, and neck to change how tension is being held — not just temporarily relax it.

Designed for:

• jaw tension and clenching

• headaches that start in the jaw

• facial tightness or asymmetry

• puffiness and fluid retention

This session includes intraoral work (when appropriate), along with targeted facial and neck work to improve circulation, reduce fluid buildup, and restore movement in the tissues that affect both function and appearance.

The face is not treated in isolation.

The jaw, neck, and surrounding structures are addressed together so the work actually holds.

Because your body is fully supported on the floor, the jaw is able to release without guarding — this is where both the relief and visible changes come from.

Jaw + Facial Reset SESSION OPTIONS

60 Minutes — $175

Focused work on the jaw, face, and neck. Best if your primary issue is clenching, jaw pain, or headaches.

90 Minutes — $225

Includes jaw work plus surrounding patterns in the neck and shoulders, so results last longer.

This is not passive or surface-level work.

It’s specific, structural work that affects how your face moves, holds tension, and presents over time.
