WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE

Sessions use guided movement, compression, and specific muscle work instead of a memorized routine. The goal is to change how tension is being held — not just temporarily loosen it.

I work through connected areas so the main issue is supported rather than irritated. Pressure and pacing are adjusted continuously based on how your body responds.

You can stay relaxed, but you won’t be completely passive. The work is interactive so the changes hold after the session.

RAPID reset

This session is focused, intentional work designed to create meaningful change in a shorter window. We’ll target the primary area driving your discomfort—whether that’s jaw tension, neck and shoulders, or a specific pain pattern—while still working with the body as a connected system.

Using a blend of deep tissue, Thai-inspired movement, and nervous system-focused techniques, the goal is simple: reduce intensity, restore mobility, and interrupt the pattern before it escalates.

Perfect for maintenance, acute flare-ups, or getting back on track.

This is where real change starts to happen.

The Reset session allows enough time to move beyond surface-level relief and begin addressing the deeper patterns keeping your pain in place. Rather than chasing symptoms, we work through the relationships in your body—jaw, neck, shoulders, hips, and beyond—to create space and lasting shift.

Sessions may include guided movement, compression, deep tissue work, and targeted techniques like intraoral (TMJ) work when needed.

This is the full-body recalibration.

The Restore session is an immersive, unrushed experience designed to create deep, lasting change in both the body and nervous system. With extended time, we can fully unwind compensation patterns, address multiple layers of restriction, and allow your system to settle into a new baseline.

This isn’t just “more time”—it’s a different level of work.

We move intentionally through the body, integrating advanced techniques like Thai-inspired stretching, myofascial work, joint mobilization, and targeted focus areas such as TMJ, breath, and core connection.

Clients often describe this session as transformative—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
