Each session is 3 hours, fully clothed, and mat-based—focused on pain relief, breath-led pacing, and deep nervous system reset. This is not surface-level massage. It’s advanced bodywork designed to help you unravel tension, release trauma, and return to balance in the comfort of your own space.
Sessions may also include intraoral massage for TMJ dysfunction and specialized face massage, when needed or requested, for a complete and deeply restorative experience.
